Launching my real estate career just out of college when I was 24 years old in 1998, I  have extensive experience in all types of real estate sales, brokerage management, agent growth and development, national training and speaking, and REALTOR® association volunteer and leadership. I was the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors President in 2018 and awarded the Realtor of the year in 2018.  

I lead The Essig Team of Compass, in Baltimore, Maryland.  We are a team of 10+ (agents and staff) that is high producing and we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. Over the pas 5 years, I have worked dilligently to build and grow this team into the group and culture that it is today.
