Whether you are a seasoned agent or brand new, salespeople are always looking to improve.    Are you satisfied with your current level of business? Would you like to make more money? O.K.- let me ask you a few questions:

What would 5, 10 even 15 more sales do for your business?

I work directly with my agents one on one to create personalized business building strategies in order to create the career / life they are seeking.   Want more information? Contact me!

While contemplating the answers to these questions, be sure to stay organized and purposeful - take on one thing at a time - businesses don't grow overnight - Successful careers take time, dedication and patience to develop.  You will learn as you go and be prepared for change!

Coaching is one of the most important aspects of being on our team.  Less than 20% of real estate associates have a business plan. We believe without a detailed business plan to answer key questions about your business and provide you with a platform for future growth, success in real estate becomes much more difficult. Our real estate coaching and business planning outlines and evaluates all aspects of your real estate business and establishes a specific roadmap and process on how you will achieve your goals. A good business plan starts with your "Wish List" i.e. how much you wish to earn, and then guides you through the process of examining the key aspects of generating positive income: Revenue, Expenses and Business Development.  Real Estate Sales Associates who apply basic business planning principles to their real estate practice are almost always more successful.

If you would like assistance with working on any of these, I am always available to help. Feel free to give me a call anytime!
